The Taste of Suffolk

The company produces a delicious range of sausages, cured and cooked meat products using traditional recipes and methods, including smoking over oakwood chippings.


Locally sourced pork helps to maintain a true East Anglian heritage for the sausages, bacon and ham. The family are proud of their long-standing record of quality and award-winning products with some of the sausage recipes tracing back almost 100 years.


The family history in the food industry spans over 50 years and three generations with the business currently in the capable hands of Christopher Simons, (grandson of the founder) supported by a loyal and dedicated workforce.
