Natalia Middleton is the Head of Food Education at Food Behind Bars.
The Food Behind Bars team are really excited to be Ambassadors for Love British Food as we want to encourage prisons to grow and produce more of their own food onsite and source more British products. We also want to utilise local British produce in our cooking sessions and encourage our learners to try new ingredients.
