Matt Sworder
Matt Sworder is the chef owner of The Corner House restaurant in Canterbury which he opened in 2016. Before becoming a chef, Matt undertook a marketing degree at Oxford Brooks, but he found the buzz of working in a professional kitchen more satisfying. Matt spent time working for celebrated chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Anthony Demetre and Adam Byatt before setting up his first restaurant in Minster, Thanet.
Matt is passionate about using great quality British and Kentish seasonal ingredients to create simple but perfectly prepared and cooked dishes.
