Cathy Amos is Head of customer marketing, supporting the public sector at Brakes.
Having spent a lifetime working in the food and hospitality sector where her passion is for all things related to the public sector and in particular education contract catering hospital and care home catering.
Within the care sector Cathy holds an executive role within the NACC on behalf of Brakes and hosts the annual regional care chef competition for the London and South East region at the Brakes food innovation centre in Reading.
