Producer of the month: August 2020
Yum Yum Tree Fudge Ltd
This month we take a closer look at Love British Food member Yum Yum Tree Fudge Ltd, based in Suffolk, with Adrian Turner –
Our aim is to make the UK’s best quality fudge with as many locally produced ingredients as we can. We use locally made British sugar, plus Britsh butter and milk. We use more dairy and less sugar so it’s a more creamy fudge with more flavour. We also aim to be the most environmentally friendly fudge company in the UK. We currently have 2 electric vans which are run on our solar. We only use natural flavours and colours and all our products are made with a recipe free from gluten, nuts and egg and are 100% vegetarian.
