Ed Ford
Ed Ford is an arable farmer from near Brentwood in Essex.
He runs the family farm with his brother Charles, with 600ha of crops including winter wheat, spring beans, spring barley, linseed and oats.
Ed is an ambassador for British food and farming and will be working with the Love British Food campaign telling people why British food is great.
