Atul Sodha
Atul Sodha is the owner of Peverills, a Londis store in Harefield, Middlesex. He has long championed Love British Food in his store. He was one of the first independent retailers to run British Food Fortnight promotions and successfully proved how much they can increase sales. He is a superb spokesperson for the benefits of putting British food on shop shelves and the role independent stores have in making British food easily available to communities.
“I'm passionate about British food as there’s so much diversity and food brings people together. Finding and supporting locally sourced produce that’s seasonal has been exciting! Working with Alexia during British Food Fortnight in the past was rewarding on a personal level and great for my business. It is great to be involved again now.”
