Watercress Smoothie

Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 100g Watercress (to include stalks)
- 2 ripe pears (or 3 canned pears without juice)
- 50g-60g frozen peas
- 20g walnuts
- 1/8th cucumber, skin on
- 1 tbsp dates, chopped
- 1 tbsp cold water
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little extra water if required.
- Drink immediately to enjoy the delicious creamy texture, vibrant nutrients from the watercress, frozen peas and the sweetness from the dates.
