Innes Cheese
Highfields Farm is situated on the Thorpe estate in south-east Staffordshire. The farm converted from dairy cows to goats in 1987. This is when Innes cheese began.
Their approach to farming here is simple and holistic. They value milking our own goats because it gives them the control we need to produce clean, high quality milk for cheese making.
They are a small family business with a great team who are at the core of the farm. They make a range of soft and hard cheeses that can be bought at Neals Yard Dairy and other stockists.
