Using traditional methods, we hand-cut and hand-stir every batch to reflect a truly delicious homemade product.
The provenance of our raw ingredients is a top priority. East Anglia, and particularly Norfolk, has a rich farming and growing heritage. We’re proud to source the majority of what we use from within Norfolk.
