Bluebells Dairy
The Brown Family have been milking their herd of Holstein Friesian cows at Brunswood Farm, Locko Park, Derby since 1953 but decided to change direction in 2008 to ice cream. From the outset, they spent a lot of time developing their flavours and using only the finest ingredients. They carefully tried out over 20 different vanillas and over 30 different chocolates until they found their ultimate goal. Their aim was to use local or British produce wherever possible for their very special, very British Ice Cream! They are so passionate about Bluebells Ice Cream!!!
Nowadays, they have 26 flavours of Ice Creams and Sorbet to try in their beautiful Ice Cream Tea Rooms, or available to purchase from one of their handpicked stockists around the region. They also have an online shop so their ice-cream can be delivered.
