At Oceanwave they source ALL of their produce daily at Fleetwood market. A once thriving fishing village has a smattering of remaining small day boats. Fortunately, their auction hall is still thriving with fish from their remaining day boats landed for auction along with catches less than 12 hours old from ports all around Britain.
Once marketed the fish is transported to their specialist team of filleters who process the fish through the night ready for them to have it in Cheshire for 7 am daily. It is all available to buy by contacting them and then it is delivered.
