Jeffrey’s Tonic Ltd produces a range of delicious tonic waters and syrups. The syrups are a lovely amber colour, resulting from the use of the finest natural ingredients, including cinchona bark for quinine .Just add soda water to the tonic syrup for deliciously sophisticated soft drinks, but also extraordinary mixers paired with the right spirits. A pairing wheel and sample menu are both available on the website.

For the increasing population who don’t drink alcohol, these are a delicious option which does not compromise on flavour.As for mixers, they find that the heavy bitterness found in ‘normal’ tonics can overpower gins, whereas Jeffrey’s Tonics allow a gin to ‘speak’, and customers absolutely love them.

Available in four varieties (Original Recipe; Lime, Galangal & Orange; Yarrow, Rosehip & Elderflower; and Not So Plain), they are sophisticated, multi-layered combinations of flavours. They are all a significant and versatile step-up from ‘normal tonic’.
