Fowlers of Earlswood
For over fourteen generations the Fowler family has been developing the craft of cheese-making and today offer an extensive range of cheeses. The dairy today up-to-date equipment with hands-on expertise and the result is a range of which any cheesemaker would be proud. They make their cheese using Farmer Ted's milk from his Montbeliarde herd. A local supplier transporting the milk a mere 3.9 miles before making cheese. Making their cheese a low emissions food. Available to buy in certain stockists that can be found on their website.
