They do not use anything which is artificial and their standards of animal welfare have got to be of an extremely high standard. They also take great care of their soil and all the wildlife living within their land . They grow their produce with taste in mind. They harvest their produce as close to their delivery time as possible. They wash their produce, but it may need cleaning again prior to preparation.
