Eva's Organics
Mike and Debbie Simpson use nature-enhancing, organic methods to grow fruit and vegetables in Cumbria all year round. It all started with a rented field in 2003. It soon became clear that the Cumbrian weather was going to make horticulture a challenge so they built the first polytunnel. Fourteen years on, they now cultivate polytunnels on 20 times that area with additional outdoor production. Veg and fruit boxes available to buy on website and be delivered.
