Set up by Lynda Hill in her garage this artisan cheesemaker is passionate about keeping things local and the provenance of high-quality produce, she approached her (very) local dairy farm, owned by the Lacey's family in Lane End, Buckinghamshire. Their 100% pure Guernsey herd still produce milk like 'the old days' where the cream is on the top! Using this milk she now produces blue, soft and hard cheeses but has since moved out of her garage. They are available to order on her website and be delivered to your door.
