Colston Bassett Dairy

Colston Bassett was built in 1913, and uses milk from local farms to produce high quality cheese. The method of manufacture is kept as close to traditional ways as possible, retaining labour intensive processes. Today, they produce Stilton all year round and also their award - winning Shropshire Blue. Their cheese is supplied in shops in Nottingham and other places in the UK, the links of which can be found on their website.
