Whizz Middleton

My name is Whizz Middleton and I am an arable farmer in Bedfordshire.

My family has farmed for hundreds of years.  Our farm is entirely arable, with the main crops being wheat, barley and oilseed rape, plus some beans and peas.  Although incredibly hard work, it is our way of life and our farm is a great part of the community.

In order to remain sustainable, it is crucial people know what they are eating and where it has come from.  The more the customer learns about their food the more interested they become in farming.
