The Timmis family has been farming in Baschurch since WWI. Moor farm is regenerative, and is home to Hereford cattle, Gloucester old spot pigs and free range chicken. They sell their produce in the brilliant family-run farm shop and cafe.
Along side the cattle, pigs and chickens, they also have arable land, solar panels and a grain storage and processing facility.
Wednesday 26th April, 11am to 3pm, Moor Farm
Arrive and gather at Moor Farm shop. Tea / coffee and introductions.
Tour of the farm guided by Melissa Timmis the farmer.
What we will see:
Lunch and discussion led by Iain Robertson, Royal Bournemouth Hospital, and Kushboo Naik, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, Co-Chairs of the Love British Food Hospitals Working Group.

To cover the farm’s costs, please may we ask for a £20 contribution to lunch on the day. An expenses receipt will be issued.
