Wild Food Devon
Nearly all of their fish is caught locally within 30 miles of Brixham or Plymouth, although their Wild Salmon and Sea Trout are sourced from the Welsh and Scottish borders. Fish is no more than 24 hours out of the sea when it reaches the shop, ensuring freshness. They work with the seasons and the availability of the fish.
