Easy Eton Mess with Cadbury Flake Topping Print E-mail

Ingredients:

4 individual meringue nests

200g cream cheese

100g icing sugar

2tsp vanilla essence with seeds

200g fresh strawberries or raspberries

 

Method:

Crumble the meringue nests into a large bowl. In another bowl mix together cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla. Fold the crumbled meringue into the cream cheese mix. Add half the strawberries or raspberries prepared to suit. Pour into individual glass bowls and top with crumbled Cadbury's Flake bars and remaining fruit.
