The Innkeepers are keen ambassadors of British produce, with Head Chefs creating diverse menus that make the most of the regional produce from local suppliers and the most seasonal of ingredients. Food traceability ‘from the field to the fork’ is taken seriously amongst the Inns, with some Inns even growing their ingredients onsite or at neighbouring family farms! So you can be guaranteed of enjoying the freshest foods Britain has to offer at the Great Inns.
